What's Included
When you hire The Winery exclusively, you get the full run of the venue — the atmosphere, the wine list, the food, and a team that genuinely cares about getting the details right.

• Optional guided wine tasting — our staff can lead your guests through a curated selection with food pairings

• Flexible setup to suit you, from relaxed grazing to a more structured occasion

Timings
Your 5-hour hire window runs within our regular opening hours. Available time slots will be confirmed when you make your enquiry.
 

Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your date. This is paid at the time of booking and goes directly towards your final bill.
 

Pricing
Our exclusive hire pricing is based on a minimum spend, calculated on the level of trade we'd typically expect during that period. There are two straightforward ways to meet this:

• Host covers the minimum spend — pay the full amount in advance

• Guest contributions — your guests' food and drink purchases count towards the total; any shortfall at the end of the event is covered by the host
