Is The Winery bookings only, or do you allow walk ins?
We absolutely allow walk-ins at The Winery! While we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a table - especially during busy periods - if you pop in and we have a table available, you're more than welcome to stay!

How long do we get the table for?
You now get the option to reserve a table for either an hour, perfect for a quick drink or if you have dinner plans, or a 2 hour 15 minute reservation, ideal to relax and savour everything we have to offer in comfortable time.

When do you serve food until?
We serve food until one hour before closing times.

Do you allow dogs?
Unfortunately, due to health and safety and licencing, we don't allow for dogs inside or in the garden area at The Winery.

Are you wheelchair friendly?
We aim to make The Winery as welcoming and comfortable as possible for all of our guests. We have a sloped entrance to support easy access into the venue, along with an accessible toilet on site.
As the building is listed, there are some limitations to the changes we’re able to make. However, we are always happy to assist wherever we can and will do everything possible to ensure your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as it should be. If you have any specific requirements, we’d encourage you to get in touch ahead of your visit so we can best accommodate you.

Can we bring our children with us?
Children are welcome at The Winery during the day, but we kindly ask that they are supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that after 5pm, no under 18's are permitted inside The Winery.

Do you have high chairs available?
We currently don’t offer high chairs at The Winery.

Do you sell physical vouchers to collect?
Yes, please feel free to pop in and buy vouchers, our team will be more than happy to help!

I'd like to add/remove someone on our booking? Is that possible?
Absolutely, you can now edit your booking from your email booking confirmation. Alternatively, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.

Can we request a certain table?
We have a range of fantastic spots and different seating available at The Winery. If there's a particular table you'd like, please let us know in the booking comments section, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Due to table availability, we can't always guarantee the table you have requested and will do our best to inform you if we can't make things work.
